Senja Balico Launches Their First-Ever Email Campaign with a Focus on Customer Retention

Senja Balico, a linen clothing brand rooted in the artisanal traditions of Bali, Indonesia, has taken a key step forward in strengthening its relationship with customers. Despite steady growth, the brand had not previously engaged its audience through email marketing, missing an opportunity to deepen customer loyalty and boost repeat purchases.
To kick off their retention journey, we launched their inaugural email campaign centered around the founders' story, connecting customers to the brand’s Bali heritage and craftsmanship. Using a small dataset of existing customer information, sourced from both their Miami Beach retail location and online orders, we were able to build targeted messaging that resonated with their community.
Additionally, we introduced new customer segments, identifying loyal customers who frequently return, as well as those who made a single purchase and never came back. This segmentation will help Senja Balico deliver more personalized and effective follow-up campaigns moving forward.
We are excited to continue monitoring Senja Balico’s performance as they progress through our retention program and begin building a foundation for long-term customer relationships.
